A 911 dispatcher said she could hear a "woman screaming and crying" before TikTok influencer Sara Gilson was allegedly killed by her husband, shortly after she outed him as a suspected pedophile on social media.Gilson, who also went by Sara Duffey, posted several weeks ago accusing her husband of being a pedophile.On July 23, Owasso, Oklahoma, police responding to a reported domestic violence incident found both Sara Duffey and Jeremiah Shawn Duffey dead.
