Oscar-winning singer-songwriter Glen Hansard was enjoying a night of Irish music before his fatal motorcycle accident west of Ireland’s capital city early Wednesday morning.The 56-year-old, who died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash just before 4:30 a.m.in western Dublin, spent his final moments at the Wren’s Nest pub attending a trad session, The Irish Times reported. Hansard was a regular at the watering hole on Tuesday nights when the bar hosted trad sessions — which are casual gatherings of musicians playing Irish music together — with the musical group Trad 15.Tuesday’s musical session was advertised as a celebration of the Mayo County football team’s win in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship over the weekend, according to the outlet.
