The result is a riddim banger that took Shaq’s own inadvertent crowd hype and turned it into a hook that’s now decimating festival crowds.He loved the track so much that he started playing it in his own DJ sets.
Its momentum snowballed fast enough to land roi* a slot at Rampage Open Air, one of Europe’s premier bass music festivals.He’ll then head to Ohio for his U.S.
debut at Lost Lands, the beloved festival launched by dubstep superstar Excision.Every scene needs a reminder that talent can come out of nowhere, and roi* just delivered one.
A track built around a sampled celebrity ad-lib isn’t groundbreaking but major festivals don’t seem to care, and neither does anyone currently losing their mind to this song in an open field.Sometimes the joke is the genius.
