But in New Jersey — drum roll — coyotes are No.1.Texans and Floridians had better keep an eye on the water because the alligators’ vicious jaws think you could be a tasty treat.Kentucky, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Oregon are all in black bear country — so watch your step in the woods.Out West, Idaho, Montana and Washington decided to turn things up a notch with grizzlies, because apparently regular bears just weren’t terrifying enough.Meanwhile, South Dakota and Wyoming have to contend with the gigantic bison that can turn tourists into tumbleweeds easier than a stroll through the plains.Colorado, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont are moose territory, and despite looking like woodland beauties, these antlered tanks can stomp a human to death.Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Ohio and West Virginia? Believe it or not, the deadliest animal is the humble whitetail deer, thanks to all those car crashes.
