1 thing.Just showing up for my guys and giving myself to the guys.

And just being somebody that the guys can trust on.I try to put that on display day in, day out.

Not just with the game, but in practice as well.Q: Is there pressure wearing the green dot?A: Nah, it’s no pressure.Pressure is a privilege, man, it’s no pressure at all.

We take that and we hold it in high regards.Because it’s a privilege to be able to go out there and be the guy that everybody’s listening to, everybody trusts, everybody can count on.

I wouldn’t trade it for the world.Q: What drives you?A: Honestly man, still proving it to myself, still proving it to myself that I’m still the player that I know I always been.And honestly, man, it’s still a whole lot of people still saying that I can’t do things.

Proving it to myself is first, but coming after that it’s also letting people know like what it really is and who I am as a player and what I can really do out here.I’ve always been a workhorse, I always kept my eyes on the prize, and I’ll do anything and everything, sacrifice whatever just to be able to give myself to the team and to be able to have success as a team.Q: What kind of things do people say that you can’t do?A: Just as far as being one of the top guys in the league.

You can take that and dissect it however you want to.At the end of the day, my name needs to be in that conversation.

So that drives me each and every day.Q: With 900 career tackles, is reaching 1,000 doable this year?A: Come on now, 100 percent.We can’t mess that up (laugh).Q: Is that a goal?A: Always cracking 100 every year’s a goal.
