New video shows moment hero fires at shooter at Idaho In-and-Out

Police in Idaho are hailing an armed citizen a hero for distracting a gunman who opened fire outside an In-and-Out in Twin Falls, helping save lives.Officials say three people were killed and seven others were injured in the shooting.
