Fast Takes: College-sports bills killer flaw, Ceuta could be our future and more

The National Collegiate Athletic Association promotes “the Protect College Sports Act” as the answer to its “college football, conference realignment and name-image-and-likeness” problems.But “the NCAA and its lobbyists aren’t telling anyone” that the bill “is a Trojan horse for men in women’s college sports,” thunders Kim Jones at The Wall Street Journal.
