Republican former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt is giving rare praise to Democratic Sen.Adam Schiff after the California senator helped push through bipartisan disaster relief legislation benefiting wildfire victims like Pratt."Major props to [Sen.

"Disaster recovery is hard enough as it is.A little bit of financial relief goes a long way.
