EXCLUSIVE: ICE has lodged a detainer for an illegal immigrant accused of plowing into a Nashville crowd, injuring four people.Felipe Alvarado Hernandez, 47, was arrested June 13 after allegedly driving a pickup truck onto a downtown Nashville sidewalk while attempting to turn left, striking four people, according to police.Two of the individuals needed a wheelchair.He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information or render aid, failure to file a report of an accident with injury or damage, financial responsibility violation with injury and driving with a revoked license.
