Charissa Thompson reveals she suffered painful wardrobe malfunction at Taylor Swift wedding

Charissa Thompson said the dress she chose for the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding last month left her with some bloody wounds.The “Thursday Night Football” host revealed on the most recent episode of her and Erin Andrews’ “Calm Down” podcast that the jewel-adorned, golden gown she wore for the big event at Madison Square Garden ended up cutting her arms as she danced the night away.“The dress was great, however, you know there’s prongs on the jewel?” Thompson told Andrews on the show.“Like a ring — like a setting.“So, the prongs were holding in all of the individual jewels.

Which is like, great.And the dress was super heavy and I loved the way it looked and everything.

However, halfway through the night, I’m looking and my forearms are bleeding.“It was scraping the prongs on my arms.So it was slicing them open.”To make matters worse, Thompson said the dress actually damaged her boyfriend Steven Cundari’s suit jacket as well.“Each prong,” she said, “would grab a little bit of his tuxedo.”Both of the podcast’s hosts, though, seemed to indicate the issue was worth it, with Andrews stating Thompson looked “gorgeous.”The nuptials went down on July 3 in New York City.
