Drunk Elephant enters the foundation space with a new peptide formula: Heres my review

Drunk Elephant finally made a foundation, and after testing nearly $1,000 worth of the brand’s products, I can say this one stands out.I’ve spent enough time with the skincare-obsessed elephant to know what I like from the brand, so I was especially curious when the Kamo Triple-Peptide Multi-Use Serum Foundation arrived.It’s the brand’s first complexion product (a big deal, FYI), and it takes a very Drunk Elephant approach to foundation: skincare ingredients, a serum-like texture and buildable coverage in one bottle.Mali Boykin, a celebrity makeup artist and educator with more than 15 years of experience specializing in complexion, color, undertones and skin, says Kamo “does not force you to choose between comfort and coverage.” She describes the formula as having “the fluidity and slip of a skincare serum” while delivering “true, buildable medium-to-full coverage.”That versatility is exactly where Kamo has won me over.

I use it a few different ways depending on my mood.For an everyday look, I’ll mix a drop into my moisturizer for a sheer tint.
