A rapping stalker threatened Roc Nation’s CEO in lyric-laced social media screeds and confronted her in a terrifying encounter outside the company’s Manhattan headquarters, law enforcement sources said.A representative for Desiree Perez, 56 – who founded the elite agency with Jay-Z – told police that the creep threatened the businesswoman in front of the loft-style office building on West 26th Street near 11th Avenue in Chelsea around 7:30 p.m.Monday, cops and sources said. “You are going to die,” he seethed, according to the sources.The same menace had been targeting Perez with death threats outside the building in multiple incidents since May, the sources said.It was not immediately clear how many in-person threats were made.Sources also said threats were made through social media and in music lyrics targeting Roc Nation.The suspect has been tentatively identified as a homeless man known around Manhattan and the Bronx, but he has not yet been arrested, according to the sources.Perez was a key part of Roc Nation’s collaboration with the NFL, allowing the company to coordinate halftime shows since 2019, according to her online bio.
