Travis Kelce breaks silence on Taylor Swift wedding and reveals a surprising best part

Travis Kelce is finally pulling back the curtain on his wedding night with Taylor Swift.During training camp Wednesday, the Chiefs tight end was all smiles while he gushed over their star-studded nuptials, which took place July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York.“It was a fun offseason, man,” Kelce said when asked about his summer.
“Wedding was the best night of my life, and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us.“That’s about all I really got from that night.
It was a crazy night.It was full of a lot of celebration, but it’s football baby.” Kelce explained that he “lived out a childhood dream” of being at the World’s Greatest Arena for his wedding, and he thanked owner James Dolan for allowing the couple to tie the knot there.
“So it’s kind of cool to be able to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, the Mecca of all sports venues, being able to get married in there,” Kelce said.“I can’t thank the owners of MSG [enough] for allowing us to get the opportunity to do that, knowing we wanted a private event.And the AC was cooking.
That was the best part.” The four-time Super bowl champ and the 14-time Grammy winner were married during a sweltering heat wave.Kelce, who is entering his 14th NFL season with the Chiefs, added that he was “stuck in mini camp” and missed the opportunity to join “my wife” at Game 4 of the NBA Finals when “the Knicks were rocking” at MSG.
Swift sat court side with her friends — the Haim sisters and “Law & Order: SVU” actress Mariska Hargitay — for New York’s 107-106 Game 4 win over the San Antonio Spurs in an absolute thriller.The pair attended Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers on May 23.Kelce is a Ohio native.
