The same could not be said for Reed's other investigation.Reed was investigated and suspended after she was found to have had an affair with married Lieutenant Keith DeBow.An affair that included the two having sex on the job, according to WVLT.DeBow's wife, who also worked for the police department, Captain Tammy DeBow, was also suspended after she found out about the affair and sent text messages to Reed about it.Keith DeBow retired prior to the internal complaint being filed and wasn't investigated.
