Disneyland threatens guests with park removal after young boys dangerous act

Disneyland guests who dare to recreate a young boy’s dangerous stunt on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will be removed from the park, bold new warning signs said.Twelve new signs have appeared around the famous park attraction, mostly in the queues, with several different versions spelling out the dangers of the ride and the consequences of ignoring instructions, as shown in images being circulated online.The new wording is tougher, warning guests they “will” be removed from the park rather than “may” be removed as previously written.One sign warns guests that the attraction is a “TURBULENT FLUME RIDE” featuring “HIGH SPEEDS,” “HEIGHTS,” “SUDDEN DROPS” and “STOPS,” before declaring: “REMAIN SEATED AT ALL TIMES.

Never miss a story A third sign emphasizes the attraction’s multiple drops, including its “50 FT.DROP!” while another bluntly warns: “STANDING WHILE RIDING MAY CAUSE INJURY.” Both again instruct riders to remain seated and say they will be removed from the park if they fail to do so.The California Post has reached out to Disneyland for comment.

The stricter warnings come after a frightening incident in June when a 13-year-old boy climbed out of his log as it approached the ride’s massive waterfall drop and fell down the watercourse.He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation and later released.
