County’s district attorney’s office with three counts of murder with special allegations stemming from multiple murders, murder with a prior murder conviction, and personal and intentional discharge of a firearm causing great bodily injury.He was also charged with three counts of one or more serious or violent felony convictions.

California Police in Hollywood are investigating the deaths of three people found shot inside an apartment Tuesday night.A call and email to Spurlock’s attorney was not immediately returned.Spurlock is accused of killing Los Angeles residents Jeremiah Badeker, Jack Cartegena and Michael Bogacz.The foursome had gathered in an apartment on Wilcox Avenue early on July 24 when an argument broke out, according to police.Spurlock pulled out a gun and ordered the three other men to the ground before shooting them “numerous times,” according to police.Police discovered the bodies on July 28 after being called for a wellness check that evening.
