FIRST ON FOX: Federal immigration officials are asking authorities in the Miami area to honor a detainer request for an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history who is now charged with fatally shooting a man on the street in an alleged act of jealousy.William Serrano Domenech, 49, is being held in a Miami-Dade County jail in connection with the Aug.17 murder of 42-year-old Raul Aballe, the Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday."He has a rap sheet a mile long, with prior convictions in Florida and Michigan for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm, as well as prior arrests in New Mexico and Tennessee for aggravated assault, theft, and resisting arrest," Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
