Biggest 'GTA 6' Trailer Yet Features Music by Elderbrook, Bob Moses, Aluna and Jayda G

We got house music in GTA 6 before GTA 6.Rockstar Games has waited 13 years and kept a marketing blackout so total it bordered on parody, but today the company finally gave the internet something to point at.

The publisher behind the world’s most anticipated game dropped a 26-minute “extended look” on Netflix today, featuring tracks from dance music producers Elderbrook, Bob Moses, Aluna and Jayda G, among others.Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look premiered at 3pm ET, six hours before it hits Rockstar’s YouTube channel and the game’s official site.

The trailer leans hard into Leonida’s neon-dappled version of Florida, tracking protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos through a rebuilt Vice City.It closes with spins of Aluna and Jayda G’s ‘Mine O’ Mine’ and Elderbrook and Bob Moses’ ‘Inner Light,’ two house tracks that reinforce dance music as a longtime lynchpin of GTA‘s identity.

Grand Theft Auto V came out in September 2013, which makes the gap the longest the franchise has ever asked its fans to sit through.It is on track to becoming one of the most lucrative games of all-time, reportedly reaching a staggering $3 billion in pre-orders.
