Avram Mack is no longer employed by Nemours Children’s Health,” the employer said Friday.Nemours declined to elaborate, saying “employment decisions are confidential.”Mack – a prosecution witness – agreed that Clancy was “in a serious psychiatric state and she was suffering” on Jan.24, 2023, when she strangled Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan to death in the basement of her home in Duxbury, Mass.But ultimately, the psychiatrist said, she should be held criminally responsible for their deaths.Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington repeatedly grilled Mack on whether the former labor and delivery nurse was suffering from psychosis at the time but said he found no evidence “of psychotic features” in her record.The Columbia-trained doc who didn’t evaluate Clancy until April 2026 got into a heated exchange with Reddington – who blasted the doc for smirking during questioning.“What are you smiling for?” Redding snapped.
