'The Dog Stars' Review: Jacob Elordi fights for survival in Ridley Scott's dull post-apocalyptic western

Ridley Scott has directed some of Hollywood's most iconic movies, from "Alien" and "Blade Runner" to "Thelma & Louise" and "Gladiator."
