Milo Yiannopoulos pushed for ICE checkpoints, on the spot deportation before his airport bust
Right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos called for “on the spot deportation” for illegal aliens just over a year before he was arrested by ICE.The 41-year-old internet troll and British national was nabbed at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport by the Department of Homeland Security on Thursday, according to federal officials.DHS claimed Yiannopoulos entered the US legally through New York City in May 2019, before “he chose to overstay his welcome.” Yiannopoulos allegedly skipped an immigration hearing and was issued a final order of removal on June 22.Prior to his arrest, Yiannopoulos advocated for strict US deportation policies.“California needs ICE checkpoints at supermarket entrances, gas stations, strip malls, intersections and government buildings, with on the spot deportation for anyone who can’t prove they are in the US legally,” the former Breitbart News editor wrote on X in June 2025.After anti-ICE protester Renee Good was killed in Minnesota, Yiannopoulos wrote that impeding deportation efforts should be met with death.“There should be a simple understanding.If you interfere in any way with deportation operations, you get one in the head,” the former Rep.
