Mayhem on critical California freeway ramp as semi-truck erupts in flames

A trash truck sparked chaos along the 405 freeway Tuesday morning when it caught fire and dumped a massive pile of burning garbage on the road.The blaze broke out around 6:00 a.m.on the ramp connecting the southbound 405 to the southbound 110 in Gardena.The California Highway Patrol reported that a red storage truck burst into flames, leaving the driver no choice but to ditch the burning load onto the right shoulder of the road.
