“Mamma Mia!” star Amanda Seyfried, who is living her dream on an animal rescue farm in upstate New York with her actor husband and their two kids, has listed her Hollywood Hills home for $3.19 million.The Emmy Award–winning actor had purchased the 110-year-old property, a 1916 traditional gated home, for $1.85 million from her 2009 “Jennifer’s Body” comedy/horror film co-star, Adam Brody, in 2011.It had formerly been owned by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst.The new listing, which hit the market on Aug.
27, was first reported by Realtor.com.The Hollywood Hills home is near Runyon Canyon and sits on just under a quarter of an acre.Thoroughly updated, it comes with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, tree-top views and old-fashioned charm.
