Brad Lander probably won’t learn from this incident (“Lander pandered,” Isaac Schorr, Sept.1).He will tell himself the individuals who demeaned him don’t represent the crowd he’s ingratiated himself with.Now that he is on his way to Congress, if he has any scintilla of Jewish pride, he will vote in ways that align him with moderate, pro-Israel Democrats to let Mayor Mamdani’s wing of the party know he is not their puppet.
