Burning Man festival is under way in Black Rock, Nevada, and while the 10-day festival’s theme promotes human connection, some humans — Christians, in fact — have clearly not been welcomed.John Hinerman and his Christian group Shift the Atmosphere headed to the festival to spread the word of Jesus, though he posted in an Instagram video on Wednesday that his group had been asked to leave.“Burning Man is discriminating us and breaking their own rules of being ‘radically inclusive’ and KICKING us out for being Christians?!” Hinerman said in the caption of his post.He added in the video, “We have been asked to leave Burning Man.We’re packing up.
