Deorro and Jessica Audiffred have released ‘Que Calor,’ a new collaboration that reimagines a cumbia classic with two contrasting drops from each Mexican producer.The track samples Supermerk2, an Argentine cumbia villera group from the outskirts of Buenos Aires whose Gold-certified 2003 anthem of the same name first appeared on their debut album, La Lata.
With its call to raise your hands and pass the boxed wine, the original remains one of the genre’s most recognizable records.The new version opens with smoldering percussion and a reimagined take on the classic vocal chant before the first drop hits with Deorro’s propulsive Melbourne bounce.
The track then shifts gears entirely as Audiffred takes the wheel, crashing in with the EDM.com Class of 2025 alum’s heavy bass and fierce sound-design.The new single follows Deorro’s third studio album, BOTAS & RAVE, which dropped in April.
The Latin Grammy-nominated producer recently performed at Baja Beach Fest and will be joined by Audiffred at his ‘Botas y Rave’ event at Sacramento State on October 18.She is in the middle of a broader creative reset in 2026, with upcoming three-hour extended headline sets and appearances at EDC Korea and EDC Orlando.
