Mahomes Sr.filed the motion Friday in the 7th District Court in Tyler, Texas, according to FOX10.

pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in 2024 and was sentenced to five years of probation.He was arrested in February 2026 on charges of violating the terms of his probation after drinking alcohol, according to Smith County District Attorney Jacob Putman.The violation extended his probation by another two years.The motion Mahomes Sr.
filed noted that he completed 16 weeks of outpatient treatment and 160 hours of community service.The motion also states that Mahomes Sr.
