Nonetheless, she recalled coming home that night and having a conversation with her daughter."I remember that day sitting next to my daughter in the kitchen.For years I’ve said ‘You never know.’ And I sat down next to her and I cried.

We understand that a layoff can be emotional, regardless of the circumstances.However, a non-disparagement provision is standard.
