Perez Hilton drops price of Las Vegas home as he remains hospitalized and in financial struggle

Perez Hilton just took a $350,000 haircut on his Las Vegas mansion, and insiders say the blogger needs the cash fast.The 48-year-old media personality, still hospitalized after a gruesome self-harm livestream last month, has cut the asking price on his six-bedroom Sin City spread from $4.25 million down to $3.9 million, the property listing shows.The listing, handled by Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, has sat on the market since June without a buyer. TMZ was the first to report on the price cut. The 6,600-square-foot house on Olive Creek Court in the gated Prado community comes loaded with six en-suite bedrooms, a detached casita, a multigenerational suite and a backyard built for entertaining. It’s also where Hilton raised his three kids, filmed countless TV hits and cranked out documentary work, including a recent project on the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal saga.But the good times apparently didn’t pay the bills.Sources told The Post Hilton was scraping by even before his August meltdown, unable to land new television deals despite pitching multiple reality show concepts that stalled at the pilot stage.Back in July, Hilton called the Vegas dwelling “a beautiful home, and it served me well personally and professionally.” He added, “I was in the house for two-and-a-half years but now it’s time to leave Las Vegas as I want to focus on my health while with my family back in my hometown of Miami.
Miami is where I need to be.”The financial squeeze reportedly got worse after a brutal health scare earlier this year.Hilton spent three weeks in the hospital battling sepsis, undergoing two surgeries while doctors treated fluid in his lungs, a blood clot, kidney trouble and heart arrhythmia. He later admitted the ordeal drained his savings and pushed him to launch a religious-themed clothing line just to stay afloat.“You don’t want to know how much I had to pay in hospital bills with insurance,” he said in ...
