Saints vs. Lions prediction, props, best bets: Expect a Week 1 offensive explosion

Expect a mega shootout during the one o’clock window Sunday. With a rather modest total of 49.5, the Saints and Lions could be a fantasy football player’s delight. New Orleans also comes in as a seven-point underdog for this game.Detroit loves to run up the score on inferior opponents, but the Saints might not be that. For starters, Tyler Shough is the perfect guy to get into a shootout with the Lions. The second-year quarterback was top 10 in passing yards once he became the starter in New Orleans during the second half of the season. Shough threw for over 300 yards in two of his last three starts while throwing five touchdowns to one interception. Detroit loves a good shoutout, but so do the Saints. This one is going Over, and I think the underdog is live here, though the Over is my preferred wager. As for player props, look to get ahold of some Jameson Williams wagers. I expect he is a major part of their offense this season, inparticular he said that he is expecting to get plenty of screen passes thrown his way.
