Penta was challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship after winning a No.1 contender tournament, defeating several Luchadores for a shot at Roman Reigns.

He knew it would take everything he had to take the belt off Reigns and that the "Tribal Chief" wasn’t going to make it easy for him.Reigns let Penta come to him for the most part.He tried to slow down the match as much as he could.
The match changed in Penta’s favor after performing The Sacrifice on Reigns’ right arm.Reigns was obstructed from doing his usual moves without feeling any pain.
He persevered through it and kicked out of a Penta Driver and a Mexican Destroyer in the process.Penta’s lone mistake was going for a high-risk move toward the end of the match.He was met with a Superman punch.
Reigns flopped into the corner and waited for the right moment to strike with a spear.He connected and pinned Penta for the win.The crowd in Mexico City was absolutely heartbroken as Reigns crushed the dreams of their hero.
