Raiders stars fiance flashes custom diamond ring amid injury announcement

The Las Vegas Raiders received unfortunate news regarding star tight end Brock Bowers before their road game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.Bowers is inactive for Sunday’s game.This marks the second consecutive game Bowers has had to miss following minor knee surgery.Raiders fans will have to wait another week to see their star tight end debut this season.

But Bowers’ status didn’t stop his fiancée, Cameron Newell, from supporting him in person.And she did so wearing some impressive jewelry.Newell posted a photo of her left hand on Sunday morning.

She was sitting on a plane, and in addition to her big engagement ring, Newell was rocking a custom diamond ring in her index finger that had ’89’ on it.89 is Bowers’ number.Newell also had her location set as Los Angeles, where the Raiders are playing on Sunday.

Newell and Bowers got engaged in July after being together since high school.Since he was a game-time decision on Sunday, it seems likely that Bowers will be making his regular season debut on the road against the New Orleans Saints next Sunday....
