Two separate fatal crashes snarled Monday morning’s commute on the same stretch of a Southern California freeway — with the collisions occurring less than two miles apart.The deadly wrecks happened along the westbound 60 Freeway in Chino during the morning rush, creating a massive traffic backup that stretched for miles.The first crash was reported shortly before 6 a.m.near the Mountain Avenue exit, according to preliminary information from the California Highway Patrol’s incident log.
