Nick and Vanessa Lachey list their LA house again after buying it back from tennis star Naomi Osaka
Obsessed “Love is Blind” fans can now get a sneak peek inside power couple — and show hosts — Nick and Vanessa Lachey’s stunning Los Angeles home.The couple loved their Tarzana dwelling so much that they bought it twice.But now, they’re looking to sell it again, Realtor.com reports.The gated home, which comes with San Fernando Valley views, is now on the market for $8.19 million.
The listing comes as the couple and their three kids — Camden, 14, Phoenix, 9 and Brooklyn, 11 — are leaving California “to start a new chapter,” said listing brokers Mauricio Umansky and Craig Knizek of the Agency.The couple first bought the property for around $5 million in Dec 2020 from NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb, who was last with the New York Jets in 2023.But in February 2022, the Lacheys sold it for $6.26 million in an off-market deal to tennis superstar Naomi Osaka, according to records. Under Osaka’s ownership, the home’s footprint expanded significantly.
She added an 800-square-foot one-bedroom guest house and gym with a spa bath and a kitchenette. But the Lacheys loved the home so much — including Osaka’s reimagining of it — that they bought it back for $7.95 million in August 2025 .(Before they bought the house back, the Lacheys had purchased a home in Encino for $6.8 million in July 2024.
It sold at a loss in June for $6.15 million.) Built in 2014, the listed East Coast-traditional-style home sits on a coveted cul-de-sac on three quarters of an acre.At 6,855 square feet, it features five bedrooms, five baths and two powder rooms.
