Her dogs are barking – and biting.Fitness guru Tracy Anderson’s beloved fluffy poodles viciously attacked an elderly neighbor after the pups escaped from her yard in the Hamptons, the celebrity trainer’s lawyer confirmed Thursday.The canine kerfuffle in Sag Harbor left Anderson’s 76-year-old neighbor, Monica Enders, bleeding copiously from a pair of bite wounds on her calf, the Daily Mail first reported.Anderson, who created the “Tracy Anderson Method” fitness program and counts actress Gwyneth Paltrow as a close friend, and her husband Chris Asplundh are “heartbroken” over the ordeal, said their high-powered attorney Edward Burke Jr.“The dogs are loving family dogs that have never previously growled or surrounded anyone as reported,” Burke said in a statement to The Post.“They are normal dogs that clearly got spooked.Chris was immediately on the scene, took full responsibility, and secured the animals.”While Burke’s statement expresses sympathy for Enders, it subtly takes issue with her contention that she lost consciousness in an ambulance after one of Anderson’s three poodles bit her.“Tracy and Chris were also with their neighbor immediately afterward and were surprised to learn through a media report that she subsequently lost consciousness, as she was conscious, walking, and speaking with them as they assisted her into the ambulance,” Burke said.The three poodles – which Anderson shows off in Instagram posts – escaped through a hole in Ender’s fence, Burke contended.“Nevertheless, our clients immediately took action to ensure the area was secured and put up a temporary fence and will follow through with the neighbor to ensure they repair theirs to prevent anything like this from happening again,” he said.
