After hosting an impressive inaugural season last year with eight sold out shows and over 30,000 attendees, Framework has announced its plans to return to Los Angeles for the second season of re:frame.The independent production house has revealed an expanded winter program with over 25 nights of dance music set inside the company’s Reframe Studios.
Nestled within the city’s Atwater Village neighborhood, the venue is part of a television and film studio complex and features two state-of-the-art soundstages, each spanning 20,000 square feet with 33 feet of unobstructed height, allowing Framework to completely reshape the space for each artist.Attendees to each show should be prepared to experience new production with each show, complete with redesigned audio, lighting, video, staging, and spatial elements.
The versatility of this venue combines the energy and intimacy of a nightclub with the scale of a professional soundstage.For its sophomore year, Framework has gathered an impressive roster of electronic acts from across the spectrum spread across three months of nearly back-to-back weekend productions.
The season opens on December 4th & 5th with ZHU, followed by an end-of-year lineup that includes Bedouin, nimino, Nora En Pure, and a New Year’s Eve celebration with Duke Dumont.Additionally there will be two nights of artist showcases from two renowned imprints, Chris Lake’s Black Book Records and Adam Beyer’s Drumcode.
