Fox News star Kat Timpf announced she is pregnant with her second child, after a tough year in which the comic delivered her first baby on the same day she was diagnosed with breast cancer and later lost her father.The stand-up comic revealed the news to a live audience at one of her comedy shows over the weekend, posting a clip on Instagram Wednesday night that showed her spinning around with her shirt partially lifted to show her stomach.“Are you guys surprised?
