Talk about timing.Joe Jonas has lined up a buyer for his Brooklyn sky perch, and the deal landed a day before his most famous ex released a new single that Swifties are convinced takes aim at him.The Jonas Brothers singer’s three-bedroom condo on the 26th floor of Olympia Dumbo went into contract Sept.24, according to StreetEasy.
