The two were perched on top of the turnbuckles and were trying to go coast-to-coast at each other.Knight appeared to connect with his move, but Borden came down hard and appeared to hit the back of his head on the mat.An AEW referee stopped the match and Knight and Fletcher were declared the winners.AEW broadcaster Tony Schiavone provided an update on Borden during the show, saying the wrestler was conscious and responsive and was taken to the hospital for a further evaluation.THE CRAIG CARTON SHOW–UNFILTERED, UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNMISSABLE.

"So far, all good results and we are hopeful Steven is going to fly home tomorrow to his family."It’s the best update one can get given the circumstances.Nobody ever wants to see a pro wrestler, or any athlete, go down with an injury.
