Solidcore signs deal for Upper East Side location

Solidcore, a low-impact strength training brand, is coming to The Langdon at 1695 Second Ave.at East 88th Street.

The building developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners is one of the new luxury apartment towers along the Q subway line.JLL’s Matthew Schuss and Jesse Wolff repped the landlord.Sabre’s Sean Young repped Solidcore.

JLL marketing materials cite 2,507 square feet although no one would confirm the number.JLL’s Schuss said Solidcore’s “commitment to a premium customer experience aligns naturally with the quality of the building and the expectations of its residents.”Meanwhile, Upper East Siders have more to look forward to with major food markets coming soon to long-vacant locations on the block between Second and Third avenues – Happier Grocery in the former movie theater at 210 E.86th St.
