New In-N-Out Burger planned for Southern California

It’s a battle of the burgers.In-N-Out is drawing up big plans for a new restaurant in West LA, and it’s right around the corner from a storied local burger joint.Last week, the company filed a permit with the City of Los Angeles to demolish a strip of existing buildings at 2927-2969 Sepulveda Boulevard in Rancho Park to construct a new 3,890 square-foot drive-thru restaurant with outdoor dining.The biggest news, opinion and culture shaping California right now.
