Chad Johnson makes a play for Tony Romos CBS job

Retired NFL receiver Chad Johnson made it known that his services are available after CBS parted ways with analyst Tony Romo in the network’s No.1 NFL booth on Friday.
“Yo @NFLonCBS if you’re ready I’m ready,” Johnson wrote, adding a microphone emoji, in an X post quoting the news.Romo and CBS split after he was put on indefinite leave by the network following his July 23 arrest in Milwaukee on suspicion of operating while intoxicated.If Johnson was serious about throwing his name in the hat, he’ll have to wait until next season.CBS said that retired NFL defensive end J.J.Watt, who was already filling in for Romo, will continue in the No.
