New York Attorney General Letitia James is too political, biased and unethical to fairly investigate the seven Cornell University fraternity brothers accused of raping a female classmate, pols and other critics told The Post.James had already posted sympathy for the accuser on social media days before Gov.Kathy Hochul appointed her Friday to be the special prosecutor in the exploding scandal — and now refuses to comment on the biased remarks.Rensselaer County Executive Steven McLaughlin — whom James indicted on grand larceny and election fraud charges in 2021 but was later acquitted by a jury – said the “Cornell Seven” should “expect the worst” because he’s living proof that the lefty Democratic prosecutor is “anything but impartial.”“She’s clearly engaged in targeted persecutions and prosecutions,” the Republican pol said.
