Forget the golf simulator and the pet spa.The hottest perk in luxury real estate is a doctor who commutes by elevator.When Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences opens in Miami’s arts district, owners won’t have to hunt for a physician, sit in a waiting room or even put on shoes. A full medical practice is slated for the ground floor, a doctor will answer texts at all hours and, for anyone too sick or too busy to head downstairs, the care rides up to the unit.The provider is Baker Health, a four-year-old New York primary care outfit making its first leap into a residential building and its first move into Florida. Its partner is Property Markets Group, whose managing partner Ryan Shear is betting that buyers now expect more than a treadmill and a steam room.“It’s the ultimate amenity,” Shear told The Post. “It’s definitely helped sales to an extent.” PMG and LNDMRK Development are putting up two towers of eight and 14 stories holding 244 condos, with prices running from $500,000 to $1.6 million.

Architect Carlos Ott designed the project with CUBE 3.Every unit owner gets a free Baker membership for the first year and a discounted rate for as long as they stay.That unlocks same-day visits, in-unit care 365 days a year and an app for messaging a doctor around the clock.

Daily classes in yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork come with it, along with vitamin infusions, NAD injections and functional medicine.“You can come see them downstairs in the office or you can call your doctor up to your residence,” Sara Diras, Baker Health’s director of operations and strategy told The Post. “The same way you text your brother and your sister, you can text us,” she added.The menu runs well past the sniffles.Diras ticked off lab panels that track biomarkers, tests for flu, COVID and strep, immunizations, and blood work that gauges genetic cancer risk.
