Royal pictured passed out in London street with 3-year-old after cocaine binge

That’s the wrong line of succession. An Emirati royal was found passed out in a UK street following a cocaine binge while she was looking after a young child.Mahrah Al Nahyan, 32, a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family through marriage, was discovered barefoot and slumped against some metal railings by concerned members of the public in a West London street in June, the Times of London reported.Video taken by an onlooker shows her passed out next to an unconscious man lying on his back.A barefoot toddler was playing next to a busy road where Al Nahyan was found, as the public stayed with her until police arrived. The royal’s relationship to the 3-year-old child has not been released.Al Nahyan, who admitted to taking cocaine in the days before the incident, was too out of it to respond to police for half an hour, the judge was told during Tuesday’s sentencing. When she finally spoke, she yelled at the cops, “This is not a slaughterhouse, why do you care so much? Why are you so worried?”A passerby “noticed the child was unattended, without shoes on the street with a scooter and members of the public intervened as he seemed to be in close proximity to moving traffic,” prosecuting attorney Rio Pahlavanpour told the judge.Officers searched Al Nahyan and found drug paraphernalia but no illegal substances, according to police. The Abu Dhabi royal family is worth an estimated $300 billion, making them one of the wealthiest dynasties in the world.Al Nahyan admitted one charge of child neglect and has been undergoing treatment for drug addiction at a rehab clinic since the incident, her defense attorney, Stephen Vullo KC, told the judge.
