Enjoy a healthy dose of Miami at its new luxury wellness condos

Miami was already on a hardcore health kick. The last dose of luxury new-construction condos almost universally came with concierge medical services, saunas, plunge pools and infrared zap zones massaged in.

Buyers oohed and aahed, but now they want more — lots more. From the beach to Brickell, Miami is about to get a fresh injection of condos that function like more swish Swiss sanatoria than usual luxe residences. In January, the Well Coconut Grove began manifesting a new eight-story sister to its Bay Harbor abodes.

Its 194 units at 2835 Tigertail Ave.are marketed by Douglas Elliman and range from $1.6 million for a one-bedroom to over $10 million for a four-bedroom.

“Now, developers are ramping it up.You could say it’s wellness on peptides.” Martirena and business partner Ivan Chorney are co-listing a penthouse at the new 24-story, 61-unit Rivage Bal Harbour at 10245 Collins Ave.
