Mom and 9-year-old son found dead in suspected murder-suicide: police

A mother is believed to have shot and killed her 9-year-old son before turning the gun on herself in an “unthinkable” murder-suicide on Monday, according to police.Shatayvia Alisha Calderon, 33, and Julian Calderon, 9, were found dead with gunshot wounds in their Indianapolis apartment on Monday afternoon, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.A police spokesperson told The Post the incident is “believed to be a murder-suicide in which the mother killed her son and then herself.”“This is unthinkable.And we’re here to not only investigate, but to provide resources, as well.
