Steph Curry gives wife Ayesha new nickname amid on-screen romance with another man

Warriors superstar guard Steph Curry isn’t used to watching from the sidelines.But that’s exactly what he’ll do when his wife, Ayesha, hits the big screen next week.Ayesha Curry is starring in “Second Chance Holiday,” a Roku original film that releases on Nov.5.

She’ll play Chelsea, a woman who has endured a string of Christmas breakups who then reunites with her high school sweetheart (Matthew Daddario) upon returning to her hometown.Curry showed his excitement for his wife’s big acting role with an X post on Tuesday.“My Leading Lady.I get to see the work behind the scenes and now the world gets to see you shine and this is just the beginning…,” Curry wrote.Curry referring to his wife as his “Leading Lady” is obviously a reference to her nailing this leading role in a film, which is the first time she has been at the top of a casting sheet.

Ayesha Curry has several acting credits under her belt to this point, but this will be the most prominent one by far.Daddario also has a few dozen acting credits, which suggests these two will be a solid pairing together.
