Mitchell Robinson is off to troubling start for Celtics after bolting Knicks for $47 million deal

The grass hasn’t been greener for Mitchell Robinson, even if his jersey is.The former Knicks center is off to an inauspicious start with the rival Celtics after bolting in the offseason for a three-year, $47.4 million pact.Robinson is averaging 6.2 points but just 4.4 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per game through six contests with a disastrous minus-42 rating when he’s on the court. There has been speculation that the 7-foot, 240-pound big man reported to training camp in underwhelming physical shape, according to The Boston Globe.“None of us have met the expectations, myself included,” Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla said recently, per the outlet.“I have to be better, and it goes down the line.
