Exclusive | Paris Hiltons former LA home lists for $159K/month with Hilton herself now living next door

A double-gated Los Angeles mansion that Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum rented as new parents is back on the market for $159,000 a month, Gimme Shelter has learned. The home, at 70 Beverly Park, is inside the exclusive guard-gated Beverly Park enclave, where each home comes with at least 2 or 3 acres.Past and present residents include Justin and Hailey Bieber, Denzel Washington and Adele, who bought Sylvester Stallone’s former home in 2022. “Beverly Park is one of the most coveted enclaves in LA, and 70 Beverly Park is a standout.
